What wildlife do you handle around Lake Sam Rayburn homes?
Armadillos, opossums, raccoons, skunks, and squirrels most commonly. We use live-trap-and-relocate and permanent exclusion (sealing entry points, installing one-way doors on attic and crawlspace access) so the same animal doesn't reappear the following week. Snakes are handled on a case-by-case basis (safe removal only — never harmed).
