What you'll do
- Perform interior and exterior pest, termite and mosquito treatments
- Inspect properties and recommend the right SPOTGuard tier
- Build trust with customers through friendly, professional service
- Document each visit and keep accurate service records
What we're looking for
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable, detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Comfortable working independently outdoors in East Texas weather
- Pest control experience a plus — we'll train the right person
Customer Service Representative Full-Time Lufkin, TX
What you'll do
- Answer calls and schedule service appointments
- Respond to quote requests quickly and warmly
- Coordinate technician routes and follow-ups
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date
