Accessibility Statement

We want every visitor to be able to use our site with ease. Last updated: July 22, 2026

Our commitment

Spot On Pest Control is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain this website, not an afterthought.

Conformance target

Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible — more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust — for everyone.

What we do

  • Use semantic HTML with a clear, logical heading structure and landmark regions
  • Provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images (and empty alt attributes for decorative ones)
  • Maintain color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG 2.2 AA ratios
  • Support full keyboard navigation — every interactive element is reachable and operable from the keyboard, with clearly visible focus indicators and no keyboard traps
  • Provide a skip link so keyboard and screen-reader users can jump straight to the main content
  • Keep touch targets comfortably sized for mobile use
  • Label all form fields and expose errors in text, not color alone
  • Respect operating-system reduced-motion preferences in our animations
  • Review new pages and components against these standards before they ship
  • Run ongoing accessibility audits — combining automated testing tools with manual keyboard and screen-reader checks — and remediate the issues they surface

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible — for example, content embedded from third-party services we do not control. If you encounter a barrier anywhere on this site, we genuinely want to know about it.

Feedback and assistance

Your feedback is one of the most valuable audit tools we have. If you have difficulty accessing any part of this website, or need information from it in a different format, we're glad to help directly:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and to remediate verified issues as quickly as practicable.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We audit the site on a recurring basis as content and components change, track WCAG 2.2 updates and best practices, review this statement as the website evolves, and update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
